New I-9 Form Required

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has published a revised version of the Form I-9 (version dated 11/14/2016) which must be filled out for all new employees hired on or after 1/22/2017 and for reverification of current employees whose employment authorization expires after 1/22/2017. If an Employer utilizes a vendor for I-9 purposes, it is important to confirm the vendor has updated their I-9 form.
