Keller Thoma Partner Rick Fanning will be speaking at the Michigan Public Employer Labor Relations Association’s Annual Training Conference at the Shanty Creek Resort in Bellaire, Michigan on Thursday, September 17, 2015. Rick will be discussing the difference between mandatory and permissive subjects of bargaining, and the importance of that distinction for public employers in the state of Michigan.
